Когда я пришёл в ИТМиВТ в 1982 г., мне, помнится, говорили, что 7 - уверенно. Уточню на днях у специалистов.
Аргон-11 (4 слоя через прессование 2-х двухслойных) делали в НИЦЭВТе ещё в 1970-м.
