Предлагаю мысленный эксперимент. Представим, что в России победил поголовный пацифизм. Военную промышленность решено ликвидировать за ненадобностью. Как при таком сценарии могла бы развиваться местная микроэлектроника? Без глонассов и эльбрусов.
