У меня тоже Линукс грузится, но он мне без надобности. Вроде бы в самбе переключение на нужный SPI делается тривиально? Командой вида "DATAFLASH::SelectDataflash AT91C_SPI0_CS0".

Линуксу кроме ядра еще и файловая система понадобится.
