Випадково. Совецькі великі (за розміром) ЄС ЕОМ (ЕС ЭВМ) були клонами таких же великих IBM System/360 and System/370. А операційні системи ДОС ЄС, ОС ЄС, СВМ це DOS/360, OS/360, VM/370 - усе зроблено у IBM
