They don't explain the meaning of "unvaccinated". Is that "before 2019", "same date, went through illness naturally", "same date, undiagnosed" or something else. It's hard to assume such things, because South Korea reports that 20+ year-olds have 99+% vaccination levels. So, yes, not clear comparison to what.
Also, pictures don't match the table. The table shows two cancers with sub-1 HR with good p-values, but the image doesn't.
