В принципе переносить можно на любой STM32 с FSMC (из сотых серий это high-density и XL-density варианты) . Потому что там можно подключать внешнее ОЗУ, вроде <a href="http://www.ebay.com/itm/IS62WV51216BLL-SRAM-Board-CMOS-TTL-Static-RAM-Evaluation-Development-Module-Kit-/261006267657>такого</a> .
