Hi Serge, knowing another country well, which started in the same time as the independent Ukraine, with 50Euro monthly average salaries, today happily the Euroland, in Nato (no foreign troops here, except the Airshows), economically stable and democratic, 854Euro monthly average salaries today, the largest car producer in the world (per capita)..
And, btw, the country lost 12.000km2 in 1945 - and who got it? You certainly know well :) Absolutely nobody cares today about that..
The only thing which is hard to achieve (or, better to say, you will not achieve that) is the point with противодействию коррупции. Corruption is related to power, and there is always somebody there in, or, with the power :) Good luck! P.
