Первая ласточка: микросхема MRAM, 4 мегабита магнитной памяти. Примерно такую ёмкость имело ферритовое ОЗУ БЭСМ-6.  И цена божеская: $22 при 1000 штук. По прогнозам, эта технология может со временем вытеснить flash.
