Ну вот в моем экземпляре изолятора есть пропил (лень фотографировать), хотя по полям я это не таскаю, и оно в корпусе, от грязи он защищает. В этом устройстве пропила нет, но он и не нужен, это на 5, кажется, киловольт достаточный зазор на плате.
