• Netherlands became rich not poor while adapting to life below sea level
• We produce 25% more food than we need and food surpluses will continue to rise as the world gets hotter
• Habitat loss and the direct killing of wild animals are bigger threats to species than climate change
• Wood fuel is far worse for people and wildlife than fossil fuels
• Preventing future pandemics requires more not less “industrial” agriculture"

Хммм... даже то, что якобы не происходит "sixth mass extinction"?

В смысле, я тут стал искать, кто не согласен с тем, что происходит "sixth mass extinction", и максимальное несогласие, которое я нашёл, состояло вот в чём:

Что, мол, если бы оно уже "происходило", то это уже был бы такой каюк, что сделать ничего было бы нельзя. А мы должны смотреть на это дело более оптимистично, а именно вот как:

"I think that if we keep things up long enough, we’ll get to a mass extinction, but we’re not in a mass extinction yet, and I think that’s an optimistic discovery because that means we actually have time to avoid Armageddon."

Что-то это не очень-то подходит под описание "не происходит" в неформальном смысле, а не в смысле теории динамических систем.

чувак высосал какие-то утверждения и делает вид, что это скрижали завета, не утруждая себя какими-то ссылками на данные измерений

Уже давно не по экспоненте. В природе вообще не бывает экспонент, потому что не бывает бесконечности. Экспоненты только в математике.
