Якобы оштрафовали и телеграм, и вайбер. Поэтому и подозрительно. Явно пытаются создать обоим имидж защищённых мессенджеров.

Вот потом и оказалось , что единственный человек, которому можно верить — это главный шпик.
PS в духе Криптономикона один из «и телеграм, и вайбер» должен быть ни при чём.
