Оказывается, Трамп уже заключал однажды соглашение по редкоземельным металлам - с Афганистаном в 2017 году. Облажалась тогда америка по полной программе. Да и афганцы оказались в жопе.

Но Украина - не Афганистан. Зеленский правильно показал дулю.

This is an imaginary consequence of signing the treaty. The real consequence is what's explicitly stated in the treaty, and even then it is not 100% guarantee, because trump can change his mind.

What clause in the treaty will make trump fight for the investments instead of agreeing to continue the same under Russian rule? Say, putin invades and tells trump that he can continue mining, no problem?
