Sorry to have to add this. Rossi's European distributor and one of his most ardent supporters, Aldo Proia (Prometeon) has given up the relationship with Rossi entirely. He wrote a bitter condemnation of the man, the ecat and his business practices here:
Basically, he writes that he had many ideal customers for Rossi's megawatt reactor. They had the money and were ready to go. Rossi never provided a demo, never gave him the forms needed to complete a transaction and never showed him a working ecat in the year and a half of his distributorship.
Adding insult to injury, Rossi terminated the distributorship license, claiming (get this!) that Prometeon failed to provide Rossi with enough orders!!!
That makes Rossi a fraud and a duplicitous liar. Proia also contacted Industrial Heat to make sure they were aware of his plight and he never even received a reply. So they are just as bad.
Now maybe you think these apparent crooks have the biggest scientific discovery of a century. I doubt it very much.
"The unused fuel shows the natural isotope composition from both SIMS and ICP-MS, i.e. 58Ni (68.1%), 60Ni (26.2%), 61Ni (1.1%), 62Ni (3.6%), and 64Ni (0.9%), whereas the ash composition from SIMS is: 58Ni (0.8.%), 60Ni (0.5%), 61Ni (0%), 62Ni (98.7%), 64Ni (0%), and from ICP-MS: 58Ni (0.8%), 60Ni (0.3%), 61Ni (0%), 62Ni (99.3%), 64Ni (0%). We note that the SIMS and ICP-MS give the same values within the estimated 3% error in the given percentages."
Если реакция так легко запускается, то почему весь никель за миллиарды лет не прореагировал с водородом в условиях вулканизма? Или, по крайней мере, в разных месторождениях никеля соотношение изотопов должно быть существенно разное.
